Payment Options

Online Card Payments

Visa and Master Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Traveldhoom.com as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that Traveldhoom.com offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Traveldhoom.com 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy will be in accordance with the policies of the individual hotels and tours. To cancel, please send a mail to booking@Traveldhoom.com quoting your booking confirmation no. / order id. Upon receipt of this mail and verification against email address / telephonic verification the advance will be refunded via cheque / credit reversal after adjustment of the retention charge (if applicable) as per hotel policy.

In case if the booking amount was paid using credit card an additional processing fee of 5% would be deducted.

Rules for Package Tours are as indicated on individual Tours. In most cases the earnest amount deposited is non-returnable.
Minimum charges will be deducted from advance in case cancellations are not made in time as indicated.
Retention Charges are equal to one night's room charge for hotel rooms.
On timely cancellation of guaranteed bookings any advance amount deposited with Traveldhoom.com shall be refunded after deduction of retention charge as per the rules applicable. Return of Advance Amount in case of Cancellation
In case you have already paid the advance, send us an explanatory mail at booking@Traveldhoom.com with subject as "CANCELLATIONS" and attach the relevant Hotel / Package Tours Reservation Request Form to your message.

In case request for cancellation is received before we ship the goods (i.e. Hotel vouchers sent, Travel Documents dispatched, etc), then credit card will not be debited and you will not be billed. Cheques and DDs received by us (and if not deposited in the bank by us) will be returned by registered mail or courier.

In all other cases amount, as applicable, will be returned by cheque payable to traveller and dispatched by courier to the contact address as given in the reservation request form.

In case of foreigners who have made payment from outside India, have been billed in dollars and their cards have been debited, we will be informing the Payment Gateway who will in turn get in touch with your issuing bank to reverse the debited amount to your bill.
